Our Practice Meet is this Wednesday, 5/13/2026.This meet is intended to mimic the pace and setting of a traditional meet to allow the new swimmers time to adjust. Swimmers who are 12 years and under with two years or less of experience are highly encouraged to attend. If your swimmer plans on attending the practice meet, they will need to sign up using the link below by May 12.

The volunteer signup link is also posted below. If your child is participating, you will need to please sign up to volunteer.Sign up early to ensure you get the volunteer spot you most want.

Meet Timeline & Check In

4:30: Swimmer and Volunteer Check In and Warm Up (Swimmers MUST be checked in by 4:45)

~5:30: Meet Starts

Check in will be with coaches upon arrival where they are given stickers noting the events they are swimming. Parents will also check in with the volunteer coordinator. All swimmers will be entered into all events they are eligible to swim (there will be no relays or IM events).

Meet Setup

Set up will be in the park area outside the pool gates.

Please be mindful of parking and do not block residence driveways.

Items to bring include swimsuit, towels, goggles, swim caps, tents, chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, something for your swimmer to do between events.

Concession Offerings

We will be selling Pizza for $2.50/slice and $2/Gatorade or $1/water.

Swimmer Ready Area

The Ready Area is under the covered area on the pool deck. Ready Area volunteers will call out events when swimmers are needed to come line up.

Viewing Swimmers at their Events

Parents will come in and watch their swimmer race. Parents are asked to come in via the concession gates, watch their race, and then exit by the concession gates after your swimmer has finished. There is no setup on the pool deck.
