Hello Everyone,

This is another busy week as school finishes out and we continue afternoon practices going into our first regular meet of season against the Clear Lake Forest Fins on Saturday, May 23. Please see below for a few quick updates:

We’re Set for a Regular Practice Schedule

This is our last week of afternoon practices scheduled at our regular times. Morning practices at Brookwood and Pine Brook pools begin on Tuesday, May 26 (we will not have practice on Memorial Day). Check out the practice schedule for more information.

May 23 CLF Fins Meet Entries due this SUNDAY

Please submit your meet entries using this link to note whether your swimmer will or will not be at the meet. Volunteer signups are now open and will close Tuesday, May 19. I will be sending more information about our meet in a separate e-mail later this week.

Meet Signups Open for Regular Season Meets

For those who plan ahead, all regular season meet signups are also now open. From the signup page or in the Swimtopia app, you can access each meet’s entry page to declare whether your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending.

To qualify for the end of season CCSL Champ Series meets on June 26-27, swimmers must obtain qualifying times and attend two regular season meets.

PBW Orca Gear

We anticipate Orca Gear ordered by May 4 to be available at the end of this week. Stay tuned for more information on when and where it will be available for pick up.

Save the Date – Orca Team Pictures on Monday, June 1

Team Picture Day is scheduled for ~5 pm on Monday, June 1 at Pinebrook Pool. More details and information will be sent ahead of picture day including fun individual and sibling picture options.

If you haven’t already done so, download the Swimtopia app to stay up to date on important announcements and information at each meet. For those at last Wednesday’s Practice Meet, the app provided live information about the events in progress, your swimmers’ event information, and your swimmers’ results.
