Hi Everyone,

We had a great first home swim meet this Saturday! Here’s what’s happening in the ORCA POD this week:

Orca Team Pictures TOMORROW, Monday June 1

Team Picture Day is scheduled for tomorrow, Monday June 1. Individual pictures will start at 5pm with the team picture scheduled for 6:00 pm. Please have your swimmer wear their team suit and Orca shirt. It would be great to get as many of our swimmers in the team picture as possible. Order forms for individual and team pictures will be available at the pool.

To celebrate our first home meet, we will have an ice cream social following the team picture around 6:30 pm. The team will provide ice cream - please use this signup form bring the toppings!

Normal Summer Practice Schedule

We have normal morning practices across Brookwood and Pine Brook pools (our Brookwood practices take place Tuesday through Thursday). Check out the practice schedule for more information.

June 6 League City Barracudas Meet Entries due TODAY

Please submit your meet entries using this link to note whether your swimmer will or will not be at the meet. Volunteer signups also close Tuesday, June 2. I will send more information about our meet in a separate e-mail later this week.

Meet Signups Open for Remaining Regular Season Meets

To qualify for the end of season CCSL Champ Series meets on June 26-27, swimmers must obtain qualifying times and attend two regular season meets.

All remaining regular season meet signups are open. From the signup page or in the Swimtopia app, you can access each meet’s entry page to declare whether your swimmer(s) will or will not be attending.
